Develop, guide and execute regional or local campaign development, reinforcing digital and social footprint and consistency for EMEA region.

In partnership with cross-functional marketing team, especially regional and local consumer engagement teams, conceptualize, produce and execute on-brand creative content for all digital platforms (with both social and paid media mindset) as well as for some instore needs:• Drive concept and direct local/regional campaigns of high quality innovative, creative and efficient regionally/locally relevant design based on consumer marketing objectives and utilizing EL Brand Guidelines and linked to consumer needs & marketing plans
• Support local creative development / assets (creative direction & content production) for digital & social formats as well as instore needs
• Lead and articulate a strategic/360 creative brief, challenge quality and budget.
• Help on influencers content production once the campaign/casting is approved and potentially create or regionalize creative guidelines for content production with influencers on pillar franchises in EMEA
• Potentially adapt or voice global campaigns/assets for regional and market use considering all local nuances


-Minimum Education Level: Communication design, fine arts or animation degree School art or design (master degree or equivalent)
-Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 5-7 years’ experience
-Travel Time: 20%/30%
-Required Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory
